Ian Goddard
Executive Chairman |
|
Ian is the Executive Chairman of Yarris Pty Ltd, a leader in the field of services management automation. The company operates an IT platform which customers use to manage field services, auto insurance claims and panels of law firms. The company was a pioneer in the Software as a Service field and has established a number of businesses using that technology. Ian founded the original company, the Hubbub Group, in 1995.
Ian was formerly a partner with law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Practicing in the corporate law area and as head of Corrs' Banking and Finance Practice Group, he specialised in syndicated finance transactions and financial institutions regulation.
Ian has sat on or chaired various public and private boards in the financial and IT sectors, including being the founding president of Enterprise Java Victoria and a member of the State Government's ICT Advisory Group. He has investments in and is assisting some growing technology companies including and chairs the Boards of Inference Communications and Firbank Grammar School.

Jonathan Hayden

Jonathan founded one of Australia's very first B-2-B businesses, Artists Technologies, in 1996. He and Ian Goddard merged their businesses to form the Hubbub Group in 1997. Artists Technologies went on to become the dominant service provider in its sector in Australia and, following its sale by Hubbub, a global leader.
Jonathan has been the driving force behind the development of Hubbub's 'Software as A Service' applications. His expertise is in identifying new e-commerce business patterns, business systems design and leading the 'go-to-market' strategies with appropriate business partners.
Jonathan's background was in real estate and banking and finance.

Michael Fieldhouse

Michael has over 15 years experience in IT, business and management consulting, working for multinationals such as IONA Technologies and IBM, based in Dublin, Boston and Asia Pacific. He has worked with a range of clients both public and private in Australia and Asia providing strategy advice, orientation and management of transactions.
Michael started out as an analyst and solutions architect working his way to become Associate Partner in IBM's Perth Business Consulting Services unit. Since leaving IBM in 2005 he has been in the role of COO for health related organisations including Australian Unity.
Michael is a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science), Diploma - Company Director and MBA.

Jeremy Klitzing

Jeremy has a successful track record in bringing technology-based products to the market working with a number of organisations. As co-founder of a boutique consultancy, Associate Director with Price Waterhouse Consulting and as a Principal with IBM Consulting he has worked with a diverse range of clients across a variety of industries both in Australia and in Asia. Jeremy built on his original appreciation of technology gained as an IT practitioner to change focus to bring solutions to the marketplace. His roles have included business development, product management and sales.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and Diploma of Corporate Management.

Jeremy is a key member of the Design and Development team providing services management solutions to clients. He has over 10 years management experience over a wide range of projects including large infrastructure rollouts, Greenfield site implementations, product configuration and implementations and large bespoke development projects.
Over his career Jeremy has worked in the insurance, utilities, Telco and legal services sectors.
Major projects have included Enterprise Storage replacement (Transurban, Powerdirect), Enterprise Transactional Business system (Citlylink), New Financial Systems (Transaurban), Greenfield Site implementations (infrastructure to Business Apps) (Westlink), Major Infrasrtucture Overhaul (Transurban, Powerdirect), Large online Transactional Website (Citylink), Large bespoke development - business systems (Transurban, RACQi, Sucnorp) and new Software Implementations (Nufarm, Victoria Police, Telstra, Translink, Citylink, Transurban, Westlink, Powerdirect, AGL, Suncorp Brands).

| Bob Buckley |
|
Bob Buckley is a retired insurance professional with 42 years experience in all facets of general insurance activities.
He began his career with NZI Insurance in Toowoomba Q’ld and worked in London, Adelaide, Darwin, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth where he now lives.
Bob reached the position of Assistant General Manager Australia with NZI Insurance and in 1993 he moved to Perth to take up the position of General Manager Wesfarmers Federation Insurance. He was subsequently appointed Managing Director of Wesfarmers Insurance Division.
During Bob’s 16 years with Wesfarmers, the business expanded through the acquisitions of Lumley General Insurance in Australia and New Zealand, the acquisition of OAMPS Insurance Brokers and also New Zealand insurance broker Crombie Lockwood.
Bob has served on the Boards of a number of internal Wesfarmers companies as well as several insurance industry organizations.
In 2007 he received the award for General Insurance Leader of Australia and New Zealand.
In retirement he acts as a consultant in insurance related activities.

| Alan Stockdale |
|
Perhaps best known as Treasurer and Minister for IT and Multimedia in the Kennett Government between 1992 and 1999, Alan also has extensive business experience with a very wide range of private sector industries.
As Treasurer, Alan was responsible for introducing corporate governance requirements, modern business practices and performance monitoring and improvement to the Victorian public sector. He was also responsible for the Government’s $32 billion privatisation program.
As Minister for IT and Multimedia, he was responsible for procurement of the Victorian public sector’s telecommunications, IT and other communications technology and services. He was also responsible for a wide range of Government programs to improve the uptake and application of IT and multimedia throughout government, industry and the wider community.
Alan is currently Chairman of ASX-listed world-leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of encryption technologies, Senetas Corporation Limited; Chairman of the Medical Research Commercialisation Fund, of which, virtually all of Australia’s major medical research institutes are members, and a Director the New South Wales Government’s NSW Treasury Corporation. TCorp manages all NSW public sector debt and a portfolio of public sector assets as well as advising NSW Government agencies. He is also currently Federal President of the Liberal Party.
Previously, Alan was Chairman of ASX-listed Symex Holdings Limited, Chairman of US-registered and ASX-listed Axon Instruments Inc., Chairman of The Financial and Energy Exchange Limited, Chairman of free-market think-tank, the Institute of Public Affairs, and a Director of Mariner Financial Limited.
Alan was also previously a senior executive with Macquarie Bank working on major infrastructure deals, including co-leading the Macquarie group that successfully bid for Sydney airport. He has worked as a workplace relations advocate and adviser, being National IR and Personnel Manager for Leighton Contractors and, for twelve years, practised as a barrister and was a partner in a law firm.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

| James Syme |

James is a lawyer and company director. His most recent full time position was with the Victorian Government where he was Victorian Government Solicitor for 5 years. Prior to that he was a solicitor with the national law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth for over 30 years. For most of that time he was a partner specialising in business law.
He has been actively involved in a number of senior positions in the legal profession including serving 7 years on the Victorian Law Institute Council where he was President in 1996/7, and terms on the Section Executives of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the International Bar Association. He currently works as a business consultant and is a director of the listed company Lakes Oil NL and a member of 2 statutory bodies.

Geoff has over 37 years of commercial and financial experience in energy and technology industries with a strong track record in business and financial strategy, working capital management, corporate governance, technology commercialisation and M&A.
Geoff currently serves as a director and company secretary to 3B Construction Services Pty Ltd and company secretary to Genera Biosystems Limited. He formerly held board positions with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Roytal Enterprises Limited, Whise Acoustics Limited, AHL Corporation Limited, the Melbourne Development Board, Dynamic Hearing Pty Ltd, Close the Loop Limited, Lion Equities Limited and chaired the South Australian Centre for Economic Studies.
