LeadershipThe team is led by Ian Goddard, Executive Chairman. Ian founded Yarris in 1995 and brings wide industry experience to the company. He was the founding president of Enterprise Java Victoria, Victorian President of AIMIA, a member of the State Government's ICT Advisory Group, a director of Emerge CMC Limited and Chairman of Interact Events Limited. His other active business involvement is as the non-executive chairman of Inference Communications, a speech recognition technology and solutions company with offices in Australia and the US. Before joining the software industry Ian was a partner with law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth. He practised corporate law and gained specialised experience of financial institutions regulation as a director of the Victorian Financial Institutions Commission, which regulated the non-bank financial industry on behalf of the Victorian Government. |
