Yarris carries on business as the provider of a web based system called 'conSOL' accessible through its website www.yarris.com ('Site'). Customers use the system and the Site to manage complex, inter-company workflows and transactions and to engage and manage their suppliers, contractors and staff. Those suppliers, contractors and staff use the Site the purpose of supplying the customers.
