CHANGE MANAGEMENT

A comprehensive Change Management strategy is essential for a successful implementation. Yarris use proven methodologies to create a vision for your project, ensure all stakeholders and their needs are identified and develop a complete communication plan.

We will work with your people to develop the strategy for managing change within your organization, identify the major stakeholders affected by the project and outline the communication and change management requirements to meet stakeholder expectations.

Each implementation begins with a one day Change Workshop following a 12-point agenda to ensure the strategy is complete and all aspects have been considered.

Once the change strategy is complete, we carry out Stakeholder Analysis to identify all affected groups and assess their needs in relation to:

From the Stakeholder Analysis, an all-embracing communication plan is developed which includes all required actions for project communication and training. These activities are then folded into the day-to-day governance, ensuring that information delivered is timely and relevant.
